    Michelle joined Crane China in July 2016 and is based in Shanghai, China.  As Regional President, Michelle is the senior executive in the region, managing all aspects of businesses in China as well as multiple, globally recognized brands and products as well as all channels to reach the EPC, distribution and end user markets. Michelle has oversight responsibilities for company’s factories, joint ventures and offices in China, and works closely with all business units in outlining compelling growth strategies and also to insure that Crane China is compliant with local laws and regulations.

    Michelle has 16 years of professional service firm experiences focusing on cross border M&A transactions in New York and Hong Kong. She is admitted to the Bar in both New York and Texas.

  • Will Wang

    Will joined Crane China in December 2019 and is based in Beijing. Responsible for finance and IT work in China as Vice President of finance, including internal and external financial and business compliance, supporting the development of the China president and all business units, as well as the factory and sales operations in China.


    With over 20 years of financial experience, prior joining Crane, Will worked in auditing and consulting department in PricewaterhouseCoopers China. Will is holding China and U.S. CPA certificates.


    Education:

    Accounting major, Renmin University of China.

    Jane He joined Crane China in April 2008 as supply chain director in Crane Ningjin site, and brought with her more than 12 years of relevant supply chain and manufacturing experiences. In her current role as VP of Operations since November 2015, she has oversight responsibilities for both the Ningjin and Suzhou sites. She was previously with Crane ChemPharma & Energy as the Site Leader of Ningjin and Supply Chain Director..

    Prior to joining Crane, Jane held successive roles in quality, production and material planning and supply chain in the manufacturing industry, including Panasonic and Cummins.

    Cecilia Chen joined Crane China as the Human ResourcesDirector in July 2019, based in Shanghai. She is the strategic Human Resources partner to China president andfellow business leaders in China to attract, develop and retain a highperforming diverse workforce, direct contributing to the profitable growth ofCrane China business.  As a member of theSenior Leadership Team, Cecilia will also have oversight responsibility forCrane sites to ensure consistent corporate policy and practices in China.  

    Cecilia has a solid 15 years human resources managementexperience in retailing and executive search industry.  She started her career as a consultant in a USleading executive search firm – Hudson, specialized in Human Resources sector. Priorto Crane, she has spent 12 years with IKEA China working and growing in multipleorganizational roles and most recently as Deputy Country HR Head.

    Education:

    Graduation from Shanghai International studies Universitywith a major in English language & Literature.
